SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETINGS
OF HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL - 2008
Pursuant to section 52-4-6 of the Utah Code, the Town of Huntsville hereby gives notice that the Town Council will hold its regular Town Council Meetings for the 2008 calendar year on the first and third Thursday of each month. The regular meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held in the Huntsville Town Hall located at 7309 East 200 South, Huntsville, Utah.
All Town Council Meetings and work sessions are open to the public unless closed pursuant to section 52-4-4 and 52-4-5 of the Utah Code relative to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open Meetings Act. Special or emergency meetings in addition to those specified may be held, as circumstances require. A minimum of 24 hour notice will be given for such meetings.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Town of Huntsville will accommodate reasonable requests to assist the disabled to participate in the meetings. Request for assistance can be made by calling the Town Hall at 745-3420, and leaving a voice message, at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
